This policy explains what WellheadMap.com, operated by CS Digital Media, LLC, collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you sign in or subscribe, to send sign-in links, receipts, alerts you set up and account notices.
• Subscription details: plan, status and dates. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Things you save, such as saved lists, areas, notes and alert settings, once those features are available.
• Basic technical data such as IP address, browser and pages requested, which our host (Cloudflare) records to run and secure the site.

Cookies and browser storage

We set one sign-in cookie when you log in. The map remembers your chosen layers in your own browser. If we show ads on free pages, the ad provider may set its own cookies, and we will name that provider here.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the site for us: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments and sales tax) and Resend (email). We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can cancel your subscription and unsubscribe from alerts at any time. To have your account and its data deleted, email support@wellheadmap.com and we will do so within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Well records

Well records on the site come from public agency sources. They describe wells and companies, not site visitors.
